We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team and contribute to our growth. 

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online store. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations by handling a variety of tasks such as product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service.

• Product Listing: Create, update, and manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and product details.
• Order Fulfillment: Process incoming orders, ensure timely and accurate shipment, and monitor inventory levels.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media, providing timely and helpful solutions to issues or questions.
• General Support: Assist with basic marketing tasks, such as social media posts, promotions, or running ads, as needed.

• Experience with Shopify is an advantage or other e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with basic online marketing strategies is a plus.
• Proficient in using various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, eBay).
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving operational processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear and professional support.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
