HR Recruitment Specialists oversee the sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates for organizational job openings, collaborating closely with the HR Manager to comprehend staffing requirements and ensure seamless onboarding processes align with company objectives.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various organizational roles.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance and support to candidates and the HR supervisor throughout the process.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively engaging with potential candidates and building relationships for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information, track metrics, and generate analytical reports.




Requisito


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications critically and make informed hiring decisions based on data and insights.
