Who are we looking for:

As an HR Sourcing Supervisor- Strategy Lead, you will lead the design and execution of proactive sourcing strategies that support Alfamart’s expansion and workforce goals. You won’t just fill roles—you’ll shape how we find and attract the right people in the right places, at the right time.

You’ll manage sourcing operations while driving strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, pipeline development, and partnerships with schools and communities. You’ll also collaborate closely with recruitment, employer branding, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across the hiring funnel.


  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with hiring goals and expansion roadmaps
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent sourcers, fostering growth, performance, and collaboration
  • Use data and talent insights to guide sourcing efforts and ensure recruitment readiness in high-demand areas
  • Build and maintain sustainable candidate pipelines for volume and critical roles
  • Strengthen partnerships with PESOs, schools, and local organizations to build community-based hiring channels
  • Collaborate with employer branding and social media teams to support talent marketing initiatives and events
  • Recommend tools, platforms, and process enhancements to improve sourcing efficiency and quality
  • Ensure inclusive sourcing practices and promote diversity across candidate outreach
  • Track and report key sourcing metrics, funnel health, and strategic fulfillment progress to HR leadership


What does it take to be part of the team?

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in talent sourcing, including at least 6 months – 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Familiar in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in our Head office located in Pasay City
