Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for field-based roles.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and community outreach.

• Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for employment.

• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and hiring documentation.

• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.

HR Coordination:

• Support new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences at field sites.

• Act as a liaison between field employees and corporate HR.

• Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and resolution of concerns.

• Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies at field locations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

• Support HR initiatives including training, engagement programs, and performance processes.

Requisito

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting, preferably in a field-based or high-volume environment.

• Ability to travel regularly to various job sites or branch locations and be willing to stay there if necessary.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruiting strategies.

• Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office and Job Search platforms

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
