The Legal Officer V prepares legal advice and opinions, contracts, position papers, resolutions, bills, reports, internal and external issuances, and other legal documents; conducts researches and studies, hearings/investigations, and lectures on legal matters; assists in the management of legal risks; attends meetings, conferences, and similar fora; does legislative liaison work; and does other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.
