Monthly Basic Salary:

Php 133,370.00


The Department Manager III performs the functions of Department Head of Litigation Department; ensures that the Litigation Group’s priorities are followed; and its goals and targets are met. The Department Manager III plans, directs, controls, oversees, manages, and coordinates all activities relative to prosecution and defense of cases, legal audit, handling of petitions for assistance in the liquidation and Motions for Approval of the Asset Distribution Plan; supervision of external counsels; and monitors strict compliance with existing laws, rules and regulations on the Litigation Department’s areas of responsibility.

Requisito

Education:

Bachelor of Laws


Experience:

Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience


Training:

120 hours of supervisory/managerial training/learning and development intervention OR minimum of 60 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention AND maximum of 60 hours of technical training programs related to:

- Mandatory Continuing Learning Education
