JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email (non-voice)
• Provide accurate and professional written responses
• Follow account guidelines and quality standards
• Properly document interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and quality targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior High School Graduate
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) accepted
• ANY of the following experience qualifies:

• At least 6 months Non-Voice BPO experience (chat, email, or back office), OR
• If no BPO experience: at least 3 months Customer-Facing experience, such as:
• Retail staff (SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Uniqlo, H&M, Watsons)
• Fast food or café crew (Jollibee, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Dunkin’)
• Hotel, restaurant, or front desk staff
• Sales associate, cashier, service crew, or customer support roles

Good written communication and basic typing skills

Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne

Amenable to shifting schedules
