- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry).
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide training.
- Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork ability, strong work ethic, effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, long hours, standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, passion for food, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
