The ideal candidate will be focusing on end-to-end recruitment efforts, offering assistance on other facets of the HR department, new hire orientation and on-boarding, employee termination, company policy, and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, on-boarding efforts and employee termination process
• Maintaining HR records and preparing reports
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Human Resources, or related area
• 6 months to 2 years of experience working in Human Resources or other related field
• Proficient in basic office programs (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working around animals
