JOB SUMMARY:

As a Human Resources Generalist (Officer level), you will oversee the entire employee life cycle and be involved in all Human Resources functions. This includes but is not limited to, end-to-end recruitment, monitoring staff performance, creating personnel records, adherence to company policies, arranging training, preparing contracts, and keeping records of benefits

You will work closely with the Management specifically the General Manager and Admin Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• A strong understanding of the engineering industry and previous experience in the field can be beneficial
• Proven experience in a similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR processes, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Classroom, Google Drive, Google Chat)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
