We are looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our team in Iloilo. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and assist them with menu selections.
Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Food Preparation Assistance: Assist with basic food prep tasks, including assembling orders and preparing side dishes or beverages as needed.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and organized. This includes wiping tables, sweeping floors, and ensuring that all areas are sanitized.
Cash Handling: Process customer payments, issue receipts, and handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
Inventory Management: Help with stocking ingredients, supplies, and utensils, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, other service crew members, and supervisors to ensure orders are prepared and served accurately and efficiently.
Safety & Hygiene: Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a polite and professional manner.

Gereklilik

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, dependable, and enthusiastic about customer service.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or heavy items.
