Roles and Responsibilities expected but not limited to:

• Create process supporting documents using tools such as MS Visio, and PowerPoint
• Reporting Governance & Monitoring
• Inspires and develops people - engages people and builds high performing talent and teams
• Drive performance measurement and analytics including post implementation reviews, test and learn analysis, and the development of new scorecards / key performance indicators to inform business decisions
• Provide clear, concise and insightful analysis to stakeholders and senior management
• Continuously research and develop new methodologies, or tools to enhance analytics
• Partner with the National Data Warehouse team to support migration of ETL, Tables, Data, into the Enterprise Data Warehouse
