- Respond to customer inquiries via, email.
- Assist customers with services information, tracking, and issue resolution.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service aptitude, scheduling abilities, proficient problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide back office support, address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate as a team player.
- Working Conditions: Remote work environment with flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.
