Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with evaluating and resolving organizational employment needs. From sourcing candidates and screening applicants to interviewing candidates and conducting reference checks. Skillfully handles a variety of tasks with the goal of successfully pairing the best candidates with open positions.

Experience in end-to-end recruitment, food industry exposure, and sound experience in sourcing strategies are vital to this role.

1.       Posting job advertisement through recruitment channels.

2.       Initial screening and selecting of resumes for the required position and identifying possible multiple hire.

3. Assisting TA Officer in researching additional posting options.

4. Managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

5.       Endorsing qualified candidate to Department Head / Operations.

6 Conducting reference/ background checks on possible hire.

7.    Ensuring complete submission of applicant’s pre-employment requirements.

8. Responsible for onboarding of newly hired employees

9. Completing timely reports

10.    Performing other tasks that may be assigned by TA Officer and or HR Head
