As a Site Reporting, Risk and Controls Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and strengthening corporate governance across Manila operations. You will work closely with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to maintain the highest standards in reporting, compliance, and risk management.
What you will be doing:
Corporate Governance and Risk Management
- Design and implement a compliance plan, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses to enhance corporate governance.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators, law enforcement, and external legal teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.
AML and Data Privacy Compliance
- Oversee the company’s AML program, ensuring strict adherence to anti-money laundering laws.
- Maintain and update compliance manuals and policies (MTPP, IRA, etc.).
- Ensure data privacy measures are in place, coordinating with internal teams and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and oversee compliance processing activities.
- Effectively liaise with regulators, law enforcement, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance regulators, including but not limited to PEZA, AMLC, PAGCOR, NTC, SEC, and Local Government.
Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Lead and update the company’s BCP strategy to ensure operational resilience.
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks and ensure continuity in crisis situations.
- Advanced Reporting & Analytics
- Utilize MS Excel, Power BI, and other tools to generate compliance and risk reports.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Training & Stakeholder Engagement
- Educate employees on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and regulators to address compliance concerns.
Who we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification is a plus!
- Minimum of 5 years in compliance, risk management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of AML, data privacy, and corporate governance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
