We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Supervisor to lead initiatives that drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence within the paper printing and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing team.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales of printed materials such as boxes, labels, manuals, brochures, and packaging solutions.
• Leverage existing PEZA-company network to secure new client accounts and long-term contracts.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and consultations to assess and respond to customer printing needs.
• Coordinate pricing, quotations, and job orders with production and estimating departments.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
• Attend industry trade shows and client events to build brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing, ideally in commercial or industrial printing services.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Must have a strong and active PEZA-company client network.
• Excellent communication, client servicing, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledgeable in printing materials, production timelines, and basic print processes (offset, digital, packaging).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe tools and marketing design basics is a plus.
• Willing to be contacted via phone call for initial screening or interviews.
