SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Job Description:

The sales & marketing officer is responsible for driving business growth through effective strategies and tactics.


1. Lead Generation & Business Development

 Identify and target potential clients in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

 Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

 Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.


2. Sales Activities

 Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

 Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

 Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for solution alignment and timely delivery.


3. Marketing Activities

 Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.


4. Client Relationship Management

 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

 Ensure post-sales follow-ups and satisfaction checks for service quality feedback.

 Address customer concerns promptly and escalate as necessary.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in construction, engineering, or technical services.
  • Strong network and understanding of facilities like hotels, resorts, plants, or commercial buildings is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of working independently or with a team.
