Descripción
- Lead the production and support team to meet production goals.
- Responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control measures.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance for improvement when necessary.
- Establish all daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules, monitoring productivity.
- Other task given by the management.
Requisito
- Education: Industrial Engineering and/or any related courses.
- Open to Fresh Graduates or at least one year's experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
