GICA Grinding Wheel Corporation was established in 1992 in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines with the primary aim of providing quality grinding wheels to the local market. To do so, we have allied ourselves and tapped into resources and technology of leading manufacturer of abrasives and grinding wheels from countries such as Taiwan, South Korea, Italy, to name a few.
Our initial market was Metro Manila. Our customer base has since expanded from Metro Manila to include the Northern provinces of Ilocos & Pangasinan; the Central Luzon provinces of Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, & Bataan; the province of Rizal; the Calabarzon Area; the Bicol Region; Central Visayas areas like Romblon, Iloilo, Bacolod, & Cebu; and areas in Mindanao such as Davao, North and South Cotabato, Zamboanga, and Caraga Region.
Our product line has also grown from the General Purpose Grinding Wheels and Sharpening Stones to include Resinoid Bonded Reinforced Grinding Discs and Cutting Wheels; Sanding Discs and Flap Wheels; Barreling Media; Polishing Stones for Marbles, Granites and Tiles; and Refractory Products to name a few. Lately, Precision and Tool Room Grinding Wheels; Diamond and CBN Grinding Wheels and Blades are our strongest points.
In the course of doing business, GICA has sold to hardware stores, construction sector, manufacturing sector, tool & die industry, auto parts industry, electronics & computer parts companies among others.
