Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.


Employee Relations & Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee 201 files and other confidential HR records.
  • Oversee timekeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


Other Duties:

  • Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned by the management team.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up HR processes or significantly contributing to HR department development is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in record-keeping and time management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS/HRM systems.
