Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist in the recruitment process, maintain employee records, support HR initiatives, and address employee inquiries.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Facilitate training and development initiatives.
Support performance management and feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Help foster a positive workplace culture.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, excellent communication, strong recruiting abilities, and effective employee relations skills.
