  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in performance management and evaluations.

  • Provide administrative support to HR team.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or students.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong communication skills, employee relations, payroll management, and recruitment allocation.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, proactive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
