  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Support onboarding and employee orientation programs.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to workplace culture and employee engagement activities.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and adaptable.
