Descripción
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or instructions to assemble products or parts.
- Position, align, and fasten parts using hand tools, power tools, or machines.
- Inspect and test completed products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Identify and report faulty or damaged components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to improve processes.
Requisito
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require technical training).
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
