Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform corrective actions.
- Develop maintenance schedules and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Train staff on proper machinery use and maintenance techniques.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues, and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Compression Molding Process, Hydraulic Technology, and Electrical Wiring.
- Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment; may involve standing for long periods and lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
