  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience.
  • Take and accurately relay food and drink orders.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
  • Assist with menu recommendations and special requests.
  • Handle payments and maintain cash register.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions.

Requisito

  • 25-35 yrs old
  • assignment area: NCR/PROVINCE AREA
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of waitering experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication, customer-oriented, and strong hospitality skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Serve food and drinks, take orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, quick-thinking, and able to work under pressure.
