  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly to guests.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed.


Requisito

  • Job Title: Waiter
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, custom management, waitering, hospitality skills, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work in a quick service restaurant.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure customer satisfaction, and manage transactions.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring multitasking and teamwork.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, dependable, attentive to detail, and enthusiastic about customer service.
