Descripción
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experiences.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Communicate menu details and daily specials effectively.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service.
Requisito
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and hospitality skills, customer-oriented approach, proficiency in English, and waitering capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment requiring teamwork and flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, quick thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
