We are seeking a courteous, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our food and beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide detailed information on menu items and make recommendations when requested
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Clear and reset tables after guests depart
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for accurate and timely orders
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Process customer payments and issue receipts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus, but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and remain calm under pressure
• Good physical condition and stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
