Checking and monitoring equipment/product logistics for projects and brands under the department.
Plots weekly and daily activities of the technical team
Responsible for project allocation monitoring
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all sales and/or technical-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives
Monitors Technical Support Staffs’ itineraries
Prepares and monitors requisition of equipment/devices
Serve as a back-end support to sales
Submits reports on sales pipeline, orders and projects updates, ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls, preparing demonstration requirements and other administrative support to the team.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Must have at least bachelor's degree of any related course
With at least 1 year of Customer Care experience and with experience supporting for Calls, Emails and Chats
Good call handling, good email handling, good documentation skills, with good business communication skills
Must be willing to work in Makati City
Can start as soon as possible
with experience in Kitchen Equipment and supplies is an advantage
