Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to successfully recruit for senior-level roles (Senior Manager, Director, VP, etc.).
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for executive-level recruitment, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and leadership needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using advanced headhunting techniques, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior leadership candidates, ensuring a quick response to hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance to your team on best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting senior candidates.
  • Partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Monitor and track recruitment metrics to ensure that hiring goals are met within target timelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within the recruitment team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development for your team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search.

Requisito

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, Headhunter, or Senior Recruiter with a focus on senior-level recruitment (Senior Manager, Director, VP, etc.).
  • Experience managing and developing a recruitment team, with the ability to lead by example and drive results.
  • Expertise in headhunting, sourcing, and engaging passive candidates, particularly for senior leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • A track record of successfully hiring senior leadership candidates in a competitive talent market.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a passion for people management.
