Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level roles (Senior Manager to Director).
Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through headhunting, networking, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and understand the talent needs of the business.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for critical leadership roles.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring candidates meet the organization's requirements and cultural fit.
Present shortlists to hiring managers, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Maintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring teams.
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and industry trends to assist in decision-making and strategy.
Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding processes.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Headhunter, or Executive Recruiter, specifically for senior leadership roles (Senior Manager, Director, VP, etc.).
Strong sourcing skills with expertise in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including interviewing, screening, and selection techniques.
Ability to handle multiple high-priority roles simultaneously, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
Ability to build relationships with senior executives and hiring managers.
A proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
