  • Source candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in recruitment software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a passion for hiring talent.
