  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student eager to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting, talent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office environment, with potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about talent acquisition.
