Role: Outbound Sales Specialist (Healthcare Recruitment Services)

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Makati

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to healthcare employers seeking staffing and recruitment support

• Independently prospect, identify, and connect with potential leads (no lead list provided)

• Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations and build long-term client relationships

• Present tailored recruitment solutions based on client needs

• Handle contract negotiations with professionalism and confidence

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C), preferably in a service-based or consultative sales role

• Comfortable with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRMs

• Licensed Registered Nurse (PH license acceptable) with a flair for sales

• Experience in healthcare staffing, outsourcing, or working with U.S.-based hospitals or clinics

• Background in BPO, recruitment services, or healthcare outsourcing
