Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for an Inside Sales and Lead Generation Executive to help drive our company’s sales growth and pipeline development. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and executing strategic outbound campaigns to generate high-quality opportunities. You will play a key role in supporting revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with prospects through data-driven outreach initiatives.


Responsibilities: 


Outbound Campaign Planning

  • Design, plan, and execute outbound lead generation campaigns aligned with sales objectives and target customer profiles.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies based on industry, company size, buyer persona, and geography.
  • Create multi-touch outreach sequences using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, positioning, and timing with broader campaigns.


Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Perform initial qualification calls to assess prospect needs and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule qualified meetings or product demos for the sales team.

 

CRM and Database Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, activities, and pipeline data in CRM (Zoho CRM).
  • Ensure data hygiene by keeping contact details, lead sources, and opportunity stages current.


Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create feedback loops and improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Operational Execution

  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, and meetings booked.
  • Personalize outreach while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
  • Participate in regular sales pipeline reviews and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems such as Zoho).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Proficient in managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
