- Manage customer bookings and reservations efficiently.
- Address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations.
- Assist in resolving any booking-related issues promptly.
- Generate reports on reservation statistics as needed.
- Utilize reservation software effectively.
Requisito
- Job Title: Reservation Admin
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with minimal experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, CRM, communication, and interpersonal skills.
