Salary Package : Up to 53k

Start date: First week of October

• Order Management & O2C Support – Manage and execute the order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Complex Deal Structuring – Support sales teams in structuring non-standard deals, including handling pricing variations, discounts, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
• CRM System Utilization – Use Salesforce CRM and Dynamics CRM (preferred) to process, track, and validate orders, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflow.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve issues, validate contracts, and ensure alignment with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of at least 12 months experience with Order Management, Operations, or Order to Cash

• Experience with complex deal structuring

• Experience in Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM is preferable

• College Undergraduates with at least 2 years; associate or diploma courses are accepted

• Minimum of 12 months total BPO experience

• English Proficiency of at least C1

• Must not be a former or current employee of the client

• Should not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
