The SME Product Manager - Lending Focused is primarily responsible for leading our digital loan products for MSME market, owning the full lifecycle — from strategy to execution to management, growth and optimization. This role requires a balance of technical fluency, product thinking, regulatory literacy and commercial acumen.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Post-graduate in related field is a plus)
• 8-10 years experience in Philippine MSME lending with
• 5 year experience in lending product creation & management and
• 3 year experience in lending product tech/agile/scrum role
• Experience in partnership negotiation and marketing/GTMs a big plus
• Deep understanding of segment needs and behaviour.
• Familiarity with Philippine MSME Banking regulatory compliance practices such as BSP notification, regulations, provisioning, data privacy, SBLAF, SFTG, etc.
• Strong technical understanding of credit products, APIs, and agile methodologies
• Finance, risk & credit literacy: profitability, IRR, credit scoring, risk model
