Job Title: Operations and Sales Lead

Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Operations and Sales Lead to manage daily operations, drive revenue, and elevate the overall member experience within the coworking and office spaces. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about operational efficiency, team leadership, and building vibrant work communities.

Responsibilities:

Center Operations

Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and professional experience for members.
Streamline systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.
Uphold high standards for cleanliness, consistency, and quality of service.
Address operational concerns promptly to maintain smooth functioning of the center.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team to achieve performance and engagement goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and support team development initiatives.

Sales and Revenue Growth

Increase member acquisition, engagement, and retention to drive occupancy and revenue.
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and local outreach initiatives.
Track performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
Develop initiatives to strengthen community engagement and member satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in coworking, hospitality, or property management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on customer experience and community building.
Proficient in using data to guide decisions and improve performance.
