We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM, qualifying leads, and ensuring accurate reporting of sales activity and performance metrics. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, analytical, and capable of optimizing lead flow, while also supporting the sales team with data-driven insights and administrative coordination.


CRM Management & Reporting

  • Update and maintain CRM (Pipedrive) with new leads from sales reps and independent research.
  • Generate weekly reports on CRM key metrics and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Act as the CRM expert—learn, optimize, and train others on CRM usage.
  • Use ZoomInfo to ensure contact data accuracy and maintain clean records.

Lead Qualification & Distribution

  • Review incoming leads to ensure they are legitimate and ready for outreach.
  • Distribute qualified leads to appropriate sales reps and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Track lead performance, from prospect stage to qualified lead to closed deal.

Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Compile and track weekly/biweekly sales reports including calls, proposals, accounts sold, and SEO performance.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation performance through Google Analytics and other digital tools.
  • Maintain dashboards for visibility on pipeline health and sales activity.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist with planning and executing sales blitzes by compiling accurate contact lists and mapping territories.
  • Manage inventory of sales materials, ensure consistent branding, and coordinate distribution across locations.
  • Proof sales content to maintain consistency and quality in proposals and messaging.
  • Support reps in scheduling follow-ups and appointments using CRM reminders and workflows.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Coordinator, or CRM Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Pipedrive required; ZoomInfo experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in marketing, sales operations, or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with branding, content proofing, or digital campaign tracking.
  • Prior exposure to sales teams in fast-paced environments.
