Job Title: Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and ensuring excellent client relationships that drive sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and inquiries to close sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications (an advantage).
