Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any IT-related course (BSIT, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.)

• Has knowledge and background with SAP modules and their functionalities

• With basic experience in system administration and computer hardware troubleshooting

• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking concepts

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users

• Has a strong customer service skills with patience, empathy and a commitment to providing excellent support

• Has excellent analytical skills to be able to gather and analyze data to identify the root cause of problems

• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and situations

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Addresses technical issues, including hardware, software, network and application problems

• Technical Support: Provides assistance to users via phone, email or in person and managing support requests

• Hardware and Software Management: Installs, configures and maintains computer systems, peripherals and software

• System Maintenance: Performs regular maintenance tasks, including backups, updates and security checks

• User Training: Guides users on the effective use of new software and hardware

• Network Support: Maintains and troubleshoots network infrastructure

• Communication and Collaboration: Works effectively with users, colleagues and vendors to resolve issues
