Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with mall or commercial property systems (CCTV, access control, building management systems)
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and security management.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
Install and configure computer systems and applications.
Maintain and update documentation for support processes.
Train users on new technologies and software.
Collaborate with IT team to improve systems performance.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience Level: 2-3 years of technical support experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, strong communication skills, and customer service-oriented.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve user issues, and maintain documentation.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote support.
