• Ensure that all invoices are recorded when received.
• Liaise with third parties and internal teams to ensure the team has the necessary information it needs to complete invoicing requirements and other activities undertaken by the team
• Manage and maintain the joint email account
• Support the promotion of a work culture which encourages operational excellence, risk management and control
• Ensure that all inquiries related to invoicing are responded to in a timely manner and responses are accurately maintained on internal systems.
• Ad-hoc activities as required to support the Team
  
  

• This role is open for junior college students taking up the Management Accounting course or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work part-time, with flexible working schedule for three days in a week, agreed with the hiring manager.
• Proven effective oral and written communication skills in business English
• Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with others and develop relationships
• Focused on attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Demonstrated team player with good organizational skills, planning and interpersonal skills
