  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of orders and inventory.
  • Monitor shipments and track delivery schedules.
  • Analyze order data to improve processes and customer satisfaction.


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in order management or related clerical roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong clerical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with order management systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive problem-solver, and strong communicator.
