  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Requisito

  • Job Title: HR Operations/Shared Service
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR functions
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits knowledge; adept in HRIS; excellent written and verbal communication; effective people management; BPO/Shared Services
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage employee records, assist with payroll processing, coordinate benefits administration, support HR planning, and facilitate effective communication
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; standard working hours with potential for occasional overtime. Hybrid Set Up. Mid Shift
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality
