Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Officer to support our HR functions and administrative operations. This role is crucial in managing personnel records, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring smooth office administration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Personnel Records Management: Maintain both physical and electronic personnel records, ensuring they are organized, secure, and up-to-date.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and resolutions as needed.
  • Business Permits Support: Assist in processing and renewing business operations permits and related documentation.
  • Data Encoding & Reporting: Compile, encode, and organize HR data for internal reporting purposes; generate basic reports as needed.
  • Internal Communication: Draft internal memos, policy updates, and employee announcements, maintaining a professional tone in all communications.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative support for employee engagement, recruitment, and HR operations as needed

Requisito

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to be assigned to Lipa and Batangas City
