Descripción
- End to end processing of recruitment (from onboarding up to outboarding)
- Assisting of manpower needs of all departments
- Timekeeping and attendance monitoring (absences, leave, overtime)
- Reports work related concerns of the staffs
- Assist and coordinate with HMO provider
- Taking of minutes for every meeting that will involve HR department
- Creating memo and act as employee relation officer
- Handles reportorial and payment to all government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PagIBIG, Philhealth) tru egov.
- Safekeeping, monitoring and updating of all company documents including 201 files and company original permits and licenses
- Visit different sites if there are exigencies
- Conducts probationary evaluation and annual performance evaluation
- Developing the company rules and regulation
- Proposal of operation/management improvements
- Practice labor laws
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Keen to details
- Can work under pressure
- Have strong personality and decision making
