A Food Stall Attendant is responsible for preparing, serving, and selling food and beverages at a food stall or kiosk. They ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining hygiene standards, and handling payments efficiently.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service.
Food Preparation: Assist in cooking, assembling, and serving food items according to the stall's menu.
Cash Handling: Process payments, give change, and operate a cash register or POS system.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Keep the stall clean and organized, follow food safety regulations, and dispose of waste properly.
Inventory Management: Restock ingredients, beverages, and other supplies as needed.
Order Coordination: Ensure food is prepared and served quickly while maintaining quality standards.
Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, including wearing gloves, aprons, and hairnets if required.
Promotion & Upselling: Suggest additional menu items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

No formal education required, but previous experience in food service is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform light lifting.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training may be provided).
